Join the Subscriber Protection team as a Senior Technology Solutions Manager. This role is essential in supporting a group of security product experts dedicated to delivering innovative protections for T-Mobile customers.

This position is pivotal in navigating a complex environment marked by uncertainty, transforming chaos into order through exceptional organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate excels in executive-level communication and can distill intricate technical concepts into clear, accessible language.

This role requires versatility, functioning as both a project coordinator and a program manager as necessary.

Responsibilities include leading scoping discussions, assessing technical feasibility, envisioning technical solutions, and establishing a comprehensive technical delivery strategy amidst challenging scenarios.

The Senior Technology Solutions Manager collaborates closely with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and outline the approach for delivering solutions that align with business processes.

Additionally, this role orchestrates efforts across technology teams to ensure the design and delivery of holistic solutions that effectively meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborates with business and technical teams to drive strategy, prioritization, and objectives of initiatives.
Prepares high-level solution design presentations for leadership review.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing functionalities within a channel.
Project Management: Leads inception activities, including the breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.

Partners with senior resources to define technology strategy approaches for business process initiatives and provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.

Serves as the technical owner, accountable for the stewardship of medium to highly complex initiatives.

Facilitates the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project management.

Supports issue resolution for technical solution challenges. Owns solution decomposition and negotiates support feasibility for cross-domain initiatives.
Accountable for the technical solution delivery on initiatives, including scope negotiation, solution alignment, and timeline management.
Relationship Management: Manages day-to-day relationships with business partners on large and complex cross-domain initiatives.
Provides leadership in evolving the core system solutions design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams.
Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present it clearly and meaningfully.

Partners across multiple IT teams and business units to ensure clarity on assessment impacts in alignment with project scope.

Identifies improvements, makes critical decisions, and collaborates with domain experts to implement solutions.
Effectively manages multiple business requests from end-to-end for core systems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Work Experience:
7-10 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Communication: Effectively communicates technical and functional solutions.

(Required) Ability to distinguish between what is important and what is urgent, finding the best path forward among multiple scenarios.

Problem Solving: A proficient problem-solver who can quickly process complex information and present it clearly to a diverse audience.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range:
$114,400 - $206,300

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The pay range above reflects the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role.

The actual pay will depend on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience, so starting pay may vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentives based on their role.

Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance, set as a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings from the prior year.
