Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our expanding team. The Patient Services Team is essential in the patient care continuum.

Through empathy, integrity, education, and support, a Patient Services Representative will assist our patients in their journey towards improved health and well-being.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, medical assistants, and nursing staff within the organization.
  • Ensure client and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Clarify treatment procedures to patients and provide ongoing educational support.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and directing calls appropriately.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Maintain daily email correspondence with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Organize and keep workspaces, supplies, and equipment orderly.

Customer Service Excellence

Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare preferred.
  • High School Diploma required (Associate's degree in healthcare preferred).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
  • Aptitude for learning and utilizing various computer programs effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 12:15pm-9:00pm

$16/hour
