Job Description

Overview

Outdoor Network is a leading provider of powersports and marine products, seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Parts Specialist to join our team. As a remote Customer Service/Parts Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping customers find and purchase the right parts and accessories for their outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers in finding and purchasing powersports and marine parts and accessories
  • Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a parts counter or advisor role
  • Demonstrable mechanical ability and knowledge of powersports and marine products
  • Excellent customer-centric problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate verbally and provide clear instructions
  • Basic/Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Call center experience and familiarity with customer service software
