Key Responsibilities:


You will manage incoming calls and provide assistance to customers inquiring about healthcare plans, utilizing standard tools such as telephones, web browsers, and email.

You will deliver pre-scripted responses accurately to convey general and claims-specific information.

You will adhere to established protocols and procedures, including completing necessary documentation and maintaining confidentiality.

You will guide callers through online applications and ensure their submissions are processed correctly.

You will maintain accurate records of calls, confirming which scripts were utilized during interactions.

You will escalate calls to higher levels of support when necessary.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
A minimum of six months of experience in customer service, administrative support, or telemarketing is required.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute is necessary.
Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods.
Experience with PCs and the Windows operating system is required.
Strong time management skills and adherence to schedules are crucial.
Ability to follow established protocols and scripts is essential.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, are required.
A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team is essential.

Work Environment:
This position is based onsite at our customer service center.

Work Schedule:


Our customer service center operates during extended hours, and shifts will be assigned accordingly.

In addition to regular workdays, there may be a requirement to work weekends and holidays during peak periods. Overtime compensation will be provided for applicable hours.
