Key Responsibilities

- Manage intricate orders for surgical implants, ensuring all daily deadlines are consistently met.

- Offer telephonic support for inquiries from sales representatives and healthcare professionals.

- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodologies.

- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude within the business environment.

- Extend support beyond standard hours as necessary, based on call volume and workload demands.

- Assist the Sales Department by addressing inquiries received via telephone, email, and fax, and conduct necessary research with sales teams.

- Document customer interactions and transactions meticulously, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

- Determine service charges, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for payment collections, and arrange billing as needed.

- Compile product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data.

- Implement procedures to ensure accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment practices.

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree or relevant work experience is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, account management, or a related field is required.

- Proficient computer skills are essential (e.g., ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word).

- Familiarity with the medical implant industry and hospital customer base is preferred.
