Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious individual to join our service team as an Appointment Coordinator/Service BDC. This role involves answering customer calls, establishing follow-ups with service appointments, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments
  • Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Organized and ambitious self-starter
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred, but not required
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Computer literacy
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal/written communication
  • Clean and valid driver's license
