{"Job Title": "Foster Care Recruitment Coordinator", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foster Care Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Northern Rivers Family of Services. As a key member of our Foster Care program, you will be responsible for providing administrative supervision of Home Finders, overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of foster and kinship families, and acting as a representative for the Agency within the community.

Responsibilities:

* Provide supervision and professional development of Home Finders in the program, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to perform their job duties.
* Develop and implement agency recruitment and retention plans for foster parents and kinship parents.
* Review and ensure compliance with OCFS regulatory standards, COA, and agency standards for foster parent records.
* Approve certifications, re-certifications, and safety assessments of foster and kinship parents.
* Oversee the implementation of Partnership Development Plans and Corrective Actions Plans for foster and kinship parents.
* Provide post-certification training opportunities for foster parents.
* Maintain proper documentation for all supervisory activities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred and at least three to four years of relevant experience.
* Experience in child welfare and/or juvenile detention preferred.
* One year of supervisory experience preferred.
* Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
