Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Strategy and Implementation: Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals, client needs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and other key stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Promote effective communication and alignment across teams throughout the project duration.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to achieve project goals and meet critical deadlines. Proactively identify and resolve resource limitations or challenges.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize potential risks and dependencies early in the project timeline. Formulate mitigation strategies and contingency plans to reduce the impact on project schedules and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide updates on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams. Prepare and present regular status reports as required.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality assurance protocols and standards to guarantee the delivery of superior technical solutions. Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality metrics.
  • Change Oversight: Effectively manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and resources. Evaluate impacts, communicate changes to stakeholders, and revise project plans as necessary.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and best practices integration. Apply lessons learned from previous projects to improve project execution and team effectiveness.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical direction, mentorship, and support to project teams. Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and ongoing learning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain documentation and records in line with organizational requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a silicon program management position within a semiconductor organization.
  • Highly organized, technically adept, and a self-motivated individual with a proven ability to collaborate across a diverse team of ASIC design engineers.
  • Proven capability to plan and drive the cross-functional execution of various engineering tasks to deliver top-tier customer solutions.
  • Engage with the technical leadership team to comprehend and document program scope, establish integrated timelines, assess and manage program progress and risks, and develop resource and budget plans.
  • Ensure product solution deliverables align with customer expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience across all phases of product development from inception, POR creation, execution, to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Exemplary conflict resolution skills and the ability to foster respectful working relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to effectively represent program status at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project, and the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
