About the Role:

This position is accountable for facilitating the profitable and sustainable advancement of Boston Scientific through the oversight of critical programs and projects, promoting Delivery Excellence for CE & CC. Key responsibilities encompass business analysis, strategic and operational planning, process enhancement, (cascading) metrics, organizational structuring, and the creation of new initiatives.

Your Responsibilities will Include:
  • Identifying business initiatives: Collaborates with business leaders to recognize and prioritize strategic initiatives that foster profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Project management: Formulates project plans detailing work outlines, timelines, roles, and resources; Assembles and leads a cross-functional project team consisting of project managers, functional specialists, and local managers.
  • Monitoring team progress to ensure the accomplishment of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders regarding progress through regular communications of findings via reports and meetings.
  • Developing recommendations: Crafts and presents project recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders.
  • Presenting changes in business strategy, including key markets, distribution channels, pricing, processes, and organizational structure; Formulates implementation strategies.
  • Overseeing project implementation: Creates an implementation plan that outlines work schedules, timelines, roles, and resources; Assembles and leads an implementation team, including local representatives.
  • Collaborating with functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure, including program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure, and new roles, are developed and communicated effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience and a solid understanding of leading transformational projects, managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio that involves technology and solutions.
  • Proficient communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Strategic planning and business analysis capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and formulate actionable plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in medical device organizations, particularly in Capital Equipment Business and/or Customer Care.
  • Ability to influence both internal and external decision-makers.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders on critical and complex matters.
