Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or recognized equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong background in technical leadership and project management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills and core competencies, as established and documented by Xcel Energy.
