- Develop mechanisms for tracking project progress and facilitate intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Distinguishing Factors:

Establish operational plans and implement policies and strategies that influence program schedules, customer satisfaction levels, and resource allocation. May hold budget or P&L accountability for a department or function.

- Communication and Influence:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding ongoing operations, utilizing information exchange and persuasion to gain cooperation without direct command.

Requirements:
Must Have:
- Proficiency in cost analysis and design change evaluation.
- Experience in supporting, coordinating, and/or leading projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small projects effectively.
- Familiarity with conducting cost-benefit analyses and managing design change projects or supplier changes.

Preferred:
- Experience with MDT.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a specific job area. Typically possesses advanced knowledge and skills within a technical or professional discipline, understanding the impact of work on other organizational areas. A University Degree is required along with relevant experience.
