Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines department at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients to minimize their exposure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or account management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
