Position: Projects and Service Coordinator (Full Time)
Location: Seattle/Renton, WA
This role necessitates a blend of project coordination and administrative support within an office environment. Key responsibilities encompass customer interaction, report generation using spreadsheets, scheduling work orders, and crafting estimates and proposals for our internal Operations and Business Development teams. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers and installation teams to uphold superior customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries, including service dispatching, tracking, and scheduling of calls, as well as updating site information and addressing general inquiries.
- Generate and distribute Work Orders essential for the scheduling of maintenance and service tasks.
- Complete Service Agreement work orders as necessary.
- Oversee and follow up on work order progress.
- Facilitate the check-in/check-out process for technicians, adhering to company safety protocols, and inform supervisors of any discrepancies.
- Source Parts/Materials required for service work orders.
- Prepare Service Quotes for customers in collaboration with the Service Supervisor.
- Coordinate and monitor all monthly maintenance accounts, ensuring effective communication with contract clients, key customers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain a customer satisfaction follow-up procedure, providing senior management with relevant feedback.
- Compile reports as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service dispatch.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with the fire life safety industry is preferred.
