Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Mid-Corp segment, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Relationship Manager in attracting, developing, growing, and retaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Relationship Manager in preparing for client meetings, including the creation of pitch books and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and retention of client relationships.
  • Collaborate with product partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
