About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex client issues, providing creative solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • License: Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) License within three months after hire.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience, previous office-based customer service experience.
