Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Cabinetworks Group. As a key member of our Customer Financial Services department, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing customer Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Credit for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage customer accounts receivables, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt exposure.
  • Lead the Dealer/Distributor AR/CFS Representative team, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and follow up on AR past dues, collection metrics, and working capital and DSO reduction goals for the company.
  • Build relationships with customers, field sales, logistics, operations, management, and customer care to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading/managing staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple cultures and priorities.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Unidata, Decade) and Billtrust eInvoice Connect payment portal is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies and documents.
  • Proficient use of a computer, including typing, mouse manipulation, and viewing a computer screen for extended periods.
  • Ability to move within the office environment to access filing cabinets, printers, and other office equipment.
