About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Wischermann Partners. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Register and check out guests promptly and efficiently, maintaining a professional posture at all times.
  • Perform all guest accounting functions according to established hotel operating procedures, ensuring all guest and house accounts are complete and accurate.
  • Follow all established credit procedures for payment by credit card and cash paying guests, ensuring all guests establish credit upon check-in and monitor guest accounts.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all service and facilities of the hotel and immediate community, effectively assisting hotel guests.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area at all times, receiving and processing reservations accurately and effectively according to procedure.
  • Review all reservations and assign rooms based on availability, special requests, and hotel promotions, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenues.
  • Review front office communications log each shift, assisting and serving all guests and team members in a sincere and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • You are engaging, social, and enjoy making everyone feel welcome and taken care of.
  • You are passionate to serve others, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate the needs of our guests.
  • You can maneuver through active and busy shifts with ease and a smile.
