Job Title: Guest Experience Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Representative to join our team at U.S. Bank Stadium. As a Guest Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests entering the stadium. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all guests entering the stadium, checking for valid tickets when necessary.
  • Provide personal and proactive customer service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Assist guests with accurate directions to seating sections and key attractions within the stadium and surrounding areas.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests, referring serious problems to supervisory staff.
  • Retain an extensive knowledge of the stadium layout, seating sections, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identity, and emergency activity procedures.
  • Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide immediate assistance to and emergency notification of guests in the event of an accident or injury.
  • Monitor all public areas to maintain order and safety.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in venue events or customer service.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
