Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests entering the stadium, checking for valid tickets when necessary
  • Provide personal and proactive customer service, assisting guests with directions and information
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies
  • Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work all Vikings home games and major events
Working Conditions

The Guest Experience Representative will work in a high-energy environment, often standing for long periods and walking long distances. The ability to work at heights and in inclement weather is also required.
