Job Overview
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Address guest concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage all check-in and check-out processes in accordance with established hotel protocols.
  • Follow payment, cash handling, and credit policies and procedures.
  • Compile, print, and distribute daily reports to relevant departments and personnel.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in the room status report in collaboration with the Housekeeping team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest services by efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes; handle all payments in line with hotel policies; provide information and assistance to guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service; prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
