Location Description

Our hotel, Rand Tower Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, offers modern travelers a vibrant, story-rich experience in the meticulously restored Deco-era Rand Tower. Feel the history of Minneapolis in an atmosphere that celebrates our landmark hotel's storied heritage and downtown location. Our hotel features 270 sophisticated guest rooms and suites, representing a contemporary embodiment of elevated comfort. Our dining concept, created by Minneapolis-based chef Daniel del Prado, is highlighted by three distinctive restaurants and bars, each bringing a unique perspective on French cuisine.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel, the Guest Services Agent will assist with the unloading of guests' luggage and provide a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.

Your Role
  • Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests, welcoming each guest to our hotel
  • Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
