Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Executive to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As a key member of our Client Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Retention
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Meet with clients regularly to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing business and develop new business with clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on employee benefits and related matters.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of Client Service Team members to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders on business performance and growth.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in client service and business development in the employee benefits industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the employee benefits industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This role requires a strong ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employee benefits industry and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
