Overview

As a Client Relations Executive, you will be instrumental in broadening our clientele and strengthening our market footprint. Your creative strategies and analytical insights will not only propel business development but also reinforce our dedication to exceptional service. Working closely with firm leaders and marketing teams, you will help establish and reach ambitious targets while fostering relationships within the dynamic A/E/C sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with our target clientele through innovative and strategic methods.
  • Clearly communicate and advocate for our extensive range of services and specialized knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leaders to design and implement strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Enhance and refine business development tactics to drive swift growth and market dominance.
  • Engage actively in industry organizations and utilize networking opportunities to generate new leads and maintain valuable relationships.
  • Lead outreach efforts to effectively connect with both private and public sector clients.
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing Director to conduct thorough market analysis, diligently track client interactions, and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in developing new business and maintaining client relationships, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
  • A blend of independent and collaborative work style, thriving in both individual and team settings.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Essential proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with Deltek Vision is a notable advantage, demonstrating your technological skills and adaptability.
