In the role of a Client Relationship Executive, you will join a vibrant team that functions as a strategic digital marketing ally to the Multifamily sector.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also recognizing upsell and renewal prospects with existing clients, leveraging CoStar Group's extensive market data.

Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to their strategic marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.

Industry Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of digital advertising methodologies, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your designated territory.

Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to enhance sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.

Client-Centric Approach: Foster strong client relationships by providing outstanding support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and proposing solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two years of external sales experience in a B2B context, ideally within digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily sector.

Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.

A valid driver's license is required (or the ability to obtain one prior to starting).

Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is mandatory.

Ability to drive regularly for extended periods throughout the workday.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited institution.

Capability to analyze data, create reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.

Adaptability to evolving situations in a rapidly growing company.

Self-motivated individual who can thrive in both team-oriented and independent settings, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
