In this role, you will need to adjust your communication style to suit diverse personalities, ensuring that you handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy regulations. You will also be responsible for clearly articulating complex plan details.
By familiarizing yourself with our clients' plan documents and tools, you will gather necessary information to address immediate concerns while anticipating future needs. Adhering to company protocols and maintaining accurate records of all interactions will be crucial.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in a customer service setting.
- Proficient in assessing participant concerns and developing effective solutions through analytical thinking.
- Able to thrive in a structured environment, following schedules and protocols diligently.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and adept at managing multiple digital interfaces during interactions.
- Capable of working independently in a motivated team atmosphere.
- Comfortable with virtual work settings, including online training and communication with supervisors.
- Ability to comprehend and execute both oral and written instructions.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (No Weekends) from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for extended hours until 8:00 PM PST.
