Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.
Your Impact:In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experience. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
- Perform various tasks related to Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, including reproduction of print requests, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
- May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
