About the Role

Sun Life Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Success team as a co-op. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client relationship management, working closely with our client managers to ensure seamless support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prospect inventory support to client managers, ensuring timely and accurate management of decline to quote and missing information processes.
  • Support new business prospects, requesting and following up on additional information and capturing final outcomes.
  • Coordinate the logistics of assembling, sending, and receiving sold case materials, including updating and verifying case-specific information and ensuring submission is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding activities in designated territories.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials to SLS, brokers, and TPAs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university during the time of the co-op (January 2025 - June 2025).
  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field of study.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during co-op session.
