Client Success Co-op

Sun Life Financial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Success team as a co-op. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client services, develop your skills in building relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to client managers by ensuring timely and accurate prospect inventory management.
- Assist in new business prospect support, including requesting and following up on additional information and capturing final outcomes.
- Coordinate the logistics of assembling, sending, and receiving sold case materials, including updating and verifying case-specific information and ensuring submission is complete and accurate.
- Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding activities in designated territories.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials to SLS, brokers, and TPAs.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university during the time of the co-op (January 2025 - June 2025).
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field of study.
- Eligible to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during co-op session.
Sun Life Financial offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of around $22/hour.
