About the Role

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Client Success Co-op to join our team. As a member of our Client Success team, you will gain valuable experience in building relationships and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective prospect inventory support for client managers by managing decline to quote and missing information processes in a timely manner.
  • Provide new business prospect support, requesting and following up on additional information and capturing final outcome.
  • Coordinate logistics of assembling, sending, and receiving sold case materials, including updating and verifying case-specific information and ensuring submission is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and update Client Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding activities in designated territories.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials to SLS, brokers, and TPAs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university during the time of the co-op (January 2025 - June 2025).
  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field of study.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during co-op session.
