Pediatric Otolaryngology Specialist

Duke Health's Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our established and growing practice. This role will involve a high-volume patient load with a primary focus on pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck surgical procedures.
- We seek candidates with a strong academic inclination towards critical subspecialty areas such as airway/aerodigestive issues, communication disorders, or sleep-related concerns.
- The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering top-tier patient care and the expertise to further develop an already thriving pediatric otolaryngology practice, collaborating with three seasoned pediatric otolaryngologists and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
- The call schedule consists of pediatric back-up call at Duke University Medical Center, shared among the pediatric otolaryngology team.
- The selected individual will play an active role in training residents and medical students, participating in multidisciplinary team care, and will have opportunities to engage in clinical research initiatives.
- This position will be primarily based at our clinical otolaryngology facilities.
