We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Home Rule. As a key member of our home health care team, you will provide one-on-one care to our pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our nurse supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of North Carolina or Multi-State
- CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed
