Pediatric Otolaryngology Specialist

Duke Health's Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to enhance our well-established and growing practice in the Durham and Wake County regions. This role entails a high-volume practice centered on pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck surgical procedures.
- We seek candidates with a keen academic interest in subspecialty areas such as airway/aerodigestive disorders, communication challenges, or sleep-related issues.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and possess the expertise to further develop our already thriving pediatric otolaryngology practice, joining a team of three experienced pediatric otolaryngologists and an advanced practice registered nurse (ARNP).
- The call schedule involves pediatric back-up call at Duke University Medical Center, shared among the pediatric otolaryngology team.
- The selected individual will play an active role in training residents and medical students, participating in multidisciplinary team care, and engaging in clinical research initiatives.
- This position will be primarily based at our clinical otolaryngology facilities.
