Position Overview:

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a dynamic consumer finance startup focused on providing accessible credit-building solutions. Our flagship product has successfully assisted numerous customers in enhancing their credit profiles and has garnered significant recognition in the financial media landscape. We are more than just a credit service; we aim to be a long-term financial ally for our clients, with an exciting roadmap of products designed to help them achieve their financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance user acquisition by optimizing existing channels while maintaining or improving cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
  • Lead hands-on campaigns across multiple online and offline platforms, collaborating with our internal creative team to refine creative strategies and implement various tests to drive growth.
  • Establish, track, and evaluate key performance indicators for each marketing initiative.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to bring marketing campaigns to fruition, engaging with designers, copywriters, product teams, and data analysts.
Candidate Profile:
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in achieving growth objectives within defined cost and volume targets, or a solid background in a data-driven analytical role.
  • Practical experience managing digital advertising channels such as social media and search engine marketing.
  • Proficient in defining marketing metrics and dissecting them to understand and influence overall performance.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach, managing multiple projects efficiently while ensuring timely execution with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker capable of analyzing challenges, identifying opportunities, and formulating impactful ideas to advance business goals.
  • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven testing methodologies and the ability to analyze results to derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of effective direct response marketing strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement through experimentation.
  • Experience in the fintech sector or direct-to-consumer industries is advantageous; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
