Position Overview
The Vice President/Head of Growth will collaborate closely with the leadership team to spearhead all consumer marketing initiatives, crafting strategies designed to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.

This role requires leveraging extensive experience in the marketplace, digital products, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce sectors to propel Seasoned to new heights of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic team of growth marketers to implement contemporary marketing strategies aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee all consumer marketing activities encompassing acquisition (both online and offline), lifecycle management, retention, in-app engagement, and more.
  • Translate overarching business goals into practical marketing strategies as Seasoned expands into new markets.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making, enhancing understanding of attribution and fostering a test-and-learn culture.
  • Build and scale the marketing department and team.
  • Report directly to the CEO while collaborating closely with the executive team and board.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience within high-growth consumer-focused organizations.
  • Expertise in growth marketing with a modern, digital-first approach.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • A vibrant personality with a genuine enthusiasm for the product.
  • Significant experience collaborating with executive teams.
  • A preference for action and experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
