Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Development Manager to join our team in Nashville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations in the area, educating them about our services and the benefits of in-home wound care, and generating and following up on leads to increase patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our network of healthcare partners and increase patient referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations in the Nashville area.
- Account Management
- Manage and grow existing relationships with healthcare partners to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Lead Generation
- Generate and follow up on leads to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and organizations to educate them about our services and the benefits of in-home wound care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare patient referral business development or sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience calling on physician offices, focused on developing referral partnerships.
- Ability to meet weekly metrics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nashville area.
- Resides in Nashville Metro area.
