Key Responsibilities:


Identifying critical markets and potential clients within the designated sales territory, strategizing, and cultivating essential relationships to establish a robust foundation for solution-oriented selling.

Fostering and enhancing relationships with customer contacts who may influence design opportunities and address existing business challenges.
Ensuring customer satisfaction concerning supply chain management and other value-added services.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
Comprehensive understanding of the electronic components industry.
Familiarity with the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition). Recent industry experience is preferred.
Capability to promote and sell the value-added services, supply chain, and complete life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

Ability to devise strategic plans for all assigned accounts, marketing the full range of Arrow offerings while incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.

Demonstrated ability to articulate complex strategies and execute them effectively.
Extensive knowledge of pricing programs and models within the electronics sector.
Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering context.

Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to enhance sales, demand creation, and improve customer service, along with the capability to lead regular QBRs with major clients that unlock additional sales opportunities.

Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including Oracle.
Innovative self-starters willing to challenge conventional practices.

This role involves work governed by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Eligible candidates for this position must qualify for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Compensation:
$74,000 - $128,000. Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base salary and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
