Your Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving The Pack Labs' expansion by directly engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores throughout Tennessee. This role offers an opportunity to channel your enthusiasm for the hemp sector, forge strong partnerships, and enhance our market footprint through strategic sales initiatives and customer engagement. You will be key in highlighting the distinctive advantages of our products and boosting brand recognition.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and implement creative strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives set by management.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with retail managers and partners, becoming their trusted advisor on The Pack Labs' offerings, including Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction.
  • Educate and engage clients about our brands and product lines, maximizing sales potential and nurturing brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, promotional events, and pop-ups to enhance brand visibility and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory standards to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Leverage CRM tools to oversee the sales pipeline, document customer interactions, and report on sales achievements.
  • Effectively manage travel and scheduling across Tennessee to optimize sales opportunities and foster customer relationships.

  • Organized professionals capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and adapting to diverse environments, from retail spaces to large-scale industry events.
  • Candidates with a robust background in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably with experience as brand ambassadors in the hemp, cannabinoid, or related consumer sectors.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B settings related to hemp or similar regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and a strong aptitude for closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary ranging from $48,000 to $58,000, plus uncapped commission.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) projected between $90,000 and $125,000 in the first year.
