About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Helm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, penetration, and loyalty of bproauto parts within dealerships and wholesale accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and existing wholesale customers to ensure customer satisfaction and purchase loyalty.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new wholesale accounts through networking, cold calling, market research, and other sales techniques.
  • Product Training: Coach and train dealership employees on bproauto products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with dealer parts managers to maintain optimal inventory levels to support retail, internal, and wholesale sales goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Salesforce or equivalent software to log all contacts and interactions, and provide regular feedback to the bproauto corporate team on product, pricing, and incentive opportunities.
Requirements
  • Travel: 90% daily travel with some overnight travel required depending on assigned market.
  • Education: College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aftermarket or dealership account management, brand and product representation, and sales/relationship building.
