Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver training programs for product installation, business development, and product knowledge for internal and external audiences.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure training materials are readily available.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business associates to develop new products and installation instructions for new and existing products.
  • Online Training: Support online training programs and work with all brands, sales, and marketing to drive traffic, education, and selling opportunities for continued growth and customer conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with contractors and installers, and represent warranty policy.
  • Support to Sales Managers: Support Territory Sales Managers to build and grow sales.
  • Compliance: Comply with Company safety policy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years experience in a building materials sales or training role.
  • Skills: Learning Management System experience preferred, ability to develop and successfully present training programs, excellent organizational and creative skills, high level of initiative, excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, excellent collaboration and team building skills, thorough knowledge of and skill in using the Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge of vinyl siding products and industry strongly preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, licensed driver, and bi-lingual preferred (Spanish).
  • Travel Requirements: Position requires extensive travel up to 80% and may vary throughout the year.
