Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator - Senior Level will provide advanced administrative support to our supervisor, including managing complex calendars, coordinating national conferences, and maintaining confidential records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supervisor's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of appointments.
  • Coordinate national conferences, including contacting speakers, securing venues, and arranging logistics.
  • Maintain departmental records, including budget, personnel, and patient data.
  • Prepare statistical reports, charts, and graphs, as well as perform cost analysis.
  • Assist with budget management, including reviewing requests for purchases and authorizing allowable expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient typing skills and ability to operate office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year.
