Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

This role will be key in managing site operations, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. As a Site Office Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the site office, providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team, and acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Site Operations: Set up and maintain the site office, ensuring it is fully equipped and organized.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the project team with various tasks, including document management, IT support, and meeting organization.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Manage lunch orders, office keys, stationery supplies, and decorations for special events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or site office role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • Preferred candidates with a local address near the site.
