About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Receptionist to join our team at the Providence Teachers Union. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Tasks
  • Provide warm welcomes to visitors, handling queries and directing them to relevant staff or services.
  • Respond to incoming calls, answering inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Accurately complete date entry, mail distribution, and duplication of materials.
  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system.
  • Prepare documents and draft correspondence for a variety of purposes.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, utilizing the monthly calendar.
Requirements

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. You should have basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.

$48,000 - $58,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
