ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will begin your day prepared to address any challenges that arise. As a Customer Service Representative - CSR at Arrow Exterminators, you will be the welcoming voice our clients depend on to resolve their pest-related inquiries and arrange services. Handling calls with confidence, you will utilize your investigative skills to address their concerns and provide reassurance. With an emphasis on efficiency, you will ensure that technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are managed, all while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service and environmental responsibility.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with occasional overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative phone support
