Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Team Members
    • Work closely with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives.

    • Able to analyze client needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their goals.
