We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Optical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize and manage customer late lists, ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the customer service team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the optical industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
