About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Blue Ridge Health. As a key member of our clinic team, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out during appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient data.
  • Answer patient phone calls to schedule appointments and provide timely support.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
  • One year of experience working in a medical office environment (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
