Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter accurate demographic, personal, and financial information for patients undergoing registration.
  • Verify and enter physician orders for prescribed tests, supplies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, discuss payment expectations, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
