POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional massage therapies to guests utilizing various techniques and products. Conduct body treatments including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Evaluate guest needs and inquire about any contraindications (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) prior to commencing services. Stay informed about the latest techniques and modalities in the field. Guide guests to and from treatment areas, ensuring a seamless experience. Organize treatment spaces and maintain a clean and inviting environment. Regularly check in with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the service. Promote and sell spa services and related retail products. Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and sterilized. Uphold cleanliness standards in work areas, dispose of waste appropriately, and secure supplies at the end of each shift. Adhere to the scheduled time for services throughout the day. Address any inappropriate guest behavior in accordance with company policies, which may include halting a service and notifying a supervisor. Maintain required skills and licensure as per regional regulations.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete necessary safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid State or Regional Massage License.

The compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour and may include benefits such as a 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, and wellness programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility and other requirements.
