POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional massage therapy services to guests utilizing various techniques and products. Administer body treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, while assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) prior to service commencement. Stay informed about the latest techniques and modalities in the field. Guide guests to and from treatment areas, ensuring a seamless experience.

Maintain an organized and hygienic treatment environment, frequently checking in with guests to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the session. Promote and market spa services, including retail products associated with the Spa. Uphold cleanliness standards by sterilizing tools and maintaining the treatment area, disposing of waste, and securing supplies at the end of each shift. Adhere to the scheduled time for services, managing time effectively throughout the day.

Address any inappropriate guest behavior in accordance with established protocols, which may include halting a service and notifying a supervisor. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, presenting a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and expressing genuine appreciation for their patronage. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests alike.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid State or Regional Massage License.

The compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 per hour, with potential benefits including a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off, sick leave, and wellness benefits, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
