- Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance revenue.
- Input and retrieve data in the reservation management system.
- Ensure correct coding for special room types, including complimentary stays and employee discounts.
- Address guest concerns following established escalation protocols.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets while ensuring guest privacy and security.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
